A mysterious stranger known only as Joe arrives in the small Mexican village of San Miguel, where tensions simmer between the three Rojo brothers—Ramón, Esteban, and Don Benito—and the local sheriff, John Baxter. The Rojo family is engaged in a fierce power struggle for control over the town and its surrounding territory, each side vying for dominance through violence and intimidation.
When a group of Mexican soldiers is ambushed while transporting gold meant to fund new weapons, Joe seizes the opportunity to exploit the conflict. Using his wits, he feeds false information to both the Rojo brothers and Sheriff Baxter, skillfully manipulating their rivalries to his own advantage. As loyalties shift and danger mounts, the stranger’s interference threatens to upend the delicate balance of power in San Miguel.
