King Randolph calls upon his cousin, Duchess Rowena, to help his twelve daughters, led by Princess Genevieve, become proper royals. However, Duchess Rowena enforces strict rules that take away the sisters’ freedom and banish their cherished activity: dancing. The once lively palace gradually loses its joy as the young princesses struggle to adjust to the harsh new demands.

Amid these changes, the sisters uncover a hidden doorway leading to an enchanting world where they can dance freely away from prying eyes. This magical land becomes their secret refuge, offering an escape from the Duchess’s control and a place for them to express themselves through movement and music.
