Unpopular best friends PJ and Josie decide to start a self-defense club at their high school with the goal of meeting girls and losing their virginity. Their plan quickly gains unexpected attention as the club becomes popular among students who take the idea of self-defense a little too seriously.

As the club grows, tensions rise when the most popular students begin challenging each other to fights under the banner of self-defense, turning the club into a chaotic scene far beyond PJ and Josie’s original intentions.
