When Dr. Dan Challis (Tom Atkins) investigates the mysterious death of a patient holding a Halloween mask from Silver Shamrock Novelties, he uncovers a sinister plot orchestrated by the company’s founder, Conal Cochran (Dan O’Herlihy). Teaming up with the victim’s daughter, Ellie Grimbridge (Stacey Nelkin), Dan travels to the small town of Santa Mira, where they discover that Silver Shamrock plans to unleash a deadly curse through its popular Halloween masks.
