In 1912, a remote Greek island is placed under strict quarantine due to a deadly plague outbreak. Among those trapped are a doctor, a protective priest, and a young woman suspected by a superstitious peasant of being linked to dark, supernatural forces. Tensions rise as fear and suspicion take hold amid the isolation.

The confined group grapples with the threat of the spreading disease while contending with the peasant’s growing accusations and the ominous atmosphere on the island. As fear breeds paranoia, the characters must navigate the uncertain line between reality and superstition.
