Three years after the destruction of Jurassic World, Isla Nublar remains deserted as a volcanic eruption threatens to wipe out the surviving dinosaurs. Owen, a dinosaur trainer, and Claire, a dinosaur protection advocate, join forces to launch a rescue mission to save the creatures from the imminent disaster.

Their effort brings them back to the island to retrieve the dinosaurs before the volcano erupts, but they soon encounter unexpected challenges that test their determination. The mission involves navigating dangerous terrain and confronting the consequences of past actions surrounding the genetically engineered dinosaurs.
