As a new school year begins, Kim Possible and her best friend Ron Stoppable face a personal challenge when Ron’s family announces they are moving to Norway, threatening their crime-fighting partnership. Meanwhile, Kim continues her role as a high school student and skilled hero, navigating both everyday life and her adventurous missions.

At the same time, Dr. Drakken, along with Monkey Fist and Duff Killigan, discover an ancient time travel device and plan to use it to conquer the world. Their scheme involves attacking Kim across different time periods, targeting the past, present, and future. With danger coming from multiple eras, Kim and Ron must confront these villains while dealing with the strain on their friendship caused by the impending move.
