New student Cady Heron quickly rises to the top of her high school’s social scene by joining The Plastics, a popular clique led by the manipulative Regina George and her loyal followers Gretchen and Karen. Cady’s world is shaken when she unwittingly falls for Aaron Samuels, Regina’s ex-boyfriend, putting her in direct conflict with the group’s queen bee.

With the help of her outsider friends Janis and Damian, Cady navigates the ruthless social battles of high school while trying to maintain her own identity. As tensions escalate within the group, Cady finds herself facing challenges that test her loyalty, wit, and sense of self.
