Donna Keppel looks forward to her senior prom as a chance to celebrate and create lasting memories with her friends, including Claire, Lisa Hines, Ronnie Heflin, Michael, and Bobby. The event is set at their high school, where excitement and anticipation fill the air. However, the night takes a dark turn when a sadistic figure from Donna’s past emerges, threatening the safety of the group and turning the night into a terrifying ordeal.

Detectives Winn and Nash arrive to investigate the sinister events unfolding during the prom, while Donna and her friends must navigate the mounting danger. Dr. Elisha Crowe and other adults, including Aunt Karen Turner and Uncle Jack Turner, become involved as the urgency escalates. The film centers on Donna’s struggle to survive against the malicious intentions lurking within what should have been a night of celebration.
