Antonio ‘Tony’ Camonte is a ruthless Italian immigrant climbing the ranks of Chicago’s organized crime scene in the 1920s. Known as Scarface, Tony steadily eliminates rivals and expands his influence, navigating violent turf wars and power struggles within the city’s criminal underworld. His ambition drives him to challenge established mob leaders like John ‘Johnny’ Lovo while building a network that includes figures such as Guino Rinaldo and Angelo.

Amid his rise, Tony faces personal challenges, especially in protecting his sister Francesca ‘Cesca’ from becoming entangled in the dangerous life he leads. Tensions grow as law enforcement, led by Inspector Ben Guarino and the Chief of Detectives, intensifies efforts to curb gang violence. Alongside nightclub singer Poppy and other associates, Tony maneuvers through threats both inside and outside his organization, balancing loyalty, family, and the brutal realities of his world.
