Star Trek: Enterprise Season 1 takes place more than a century before the adventures of Captain Kirk, following humanity’s first steps into deep space aboard the experimental starship Enterprise NX-01. Led by Captain Jonathan Archer, the crew ventures beyond Earth’s familiar territory with little knowledge of the civilizations and dangers awaiting them. Their encounters with Vulcans, Andorians, Klingons, and other species begin to shape humanity’s place in an increasingly complex galaxy.

Set during an era before the creation of the United Federation of Planets, the first season explores the excitement and uncertainty of humanity’s earliest interstellar exploration. With limited technology, no established rulebook, and few allies to rely upon, Archer and his crew must learn through experience as they lay the foundations for the future depicted throughout the Star Trek universe.
