Four anthropomorphic turtles named Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo live hidden beneath New York City, where they are trained in the art of Ninjutsu by their rat sensei, Splinter. Their peaceful existence is disrupted when they encounter April O’Neil, a television reporter, and Casey Jones, a vigilante. Together, they become aware of a growing threat from the Shredder, a ruthless crime lord, and his deadly Foot Clan.

As the turtles emerge from the shadows, they must learn to work together to face the Foot Clan’s increasing menace across the city. The conflict places them in direct opposition to Shredder and his forces, challenging their skills and unity while navigating the dangers of the urban environment. Their alliance with April and Casey becomes crucial as they confront this powerful adversary intent on domination.
