Carla Moran (Barbara Hershey), a single mother living in Los Angeles, becomes the target of a violent and invisible force that repeatedly assaults her in her home. As the attacks intensify, she seeks help from psychiatrists who believe her experiences are psychological in nature. Refusing to be dismissed, Carla turns to a team of parapsychologists who witness the phenomena firsthand and attempt to trap the entity in a controlled environment.

Inspired by a controversial true case, the story explores themes of trauma, disbelief, and the struggle for agency in the face of overwhelming fear. Carla’s fight to be heard becomes a chilling battle between science, the supernatural, and societal denial.
