Dexter Haven, arrives just days before the ceremony. At the same time, a sharp-witted reporter named Macaulay Connor shows up to cover the high-profile event for a society magazine.

As old relationships and simmering tensions resurface, Tracy is caught between rekindled feelings and the pressure to maintain her perfect public image.
