Mr. Fish lives alone in a dilapidated shipwreck when his peaceful routine is disrupted by Pip, a lively young sea dragon who mistakes the wreck for a junkyard and starts taking his belongings. Their furious confrontation results in wrecking both homes, forcing them to find a way to mend the damage and their fragile truce.

Determined to turn their luck around, Mr. Fish and Pip set off on a daring adventure to find the legendary Shimmer, an elusive figure said to grant wishes. Their quest becomes more urgent when they discover another determined seeker is also searching for Shimmer, making the journey a race against time beneath the ocean waves.
