When the Pickles family welcomes a new baby named Dil, his nonstop crying and need for attention soon wear out Tommy Pickles and the other toddlers. Frustrated and convinced that Dil is “broken,” Tommy leads the group on a trip back to the hospital in their Reptar Wagon. However, their journey takes an unexpected turn when they stray off the path and find themselves lost in a sprawling, dangerous forest.

Stranded far from home, Tommy and his friends face a series of challenges that test their courage and teamwork. They encounter escaped circus monkeys and a threatening wolf while navigating the wild surroundings. Throughout the adventure, Tommy must learn to accept his new brother and protect him, all while finding a way to return safely before nightfall.
