High school students Peyton and Barney are teamed up for a science project involving white mice. When one mouse mysteriously moves food toward itself without being touched, Barney realizes he has stumbled upon a formula that grants telekinetic abilities.

Armed with these newfound powers, Barney navigates the typical challenges of teenage life, raising questions about how he will use his mind-controlled abilities and what kind of chaos might follow at school and beyond.
