Hi there. I get an unsupported format error when trying to unzip.

Having trouble unzipping your files? If you’re on Windows, try unzipping with the free 7Zip utility. Windows’ built-in zip utility can’t handle large files and will just show you an empty folder. Unzipping with 7Zip solves that problem!
